Ceremonial Inquisitor

The Ceremonial Inquisitor is a role played in the Ceremonial Inquiry of a Koriani initiate who has broken her vows of obedience. During this trial, only the Prime Enchantress, the Inquisitor, and the initiate are present. The Inquisitor dresses completely in black, and speaks for the Prime (since the Prime will not address oathbreakers directly). The initiate is not allowed to speak, except in response to questions addressed to her by name from the Inquisitor.

The ritual of this trial predates Koriani residence on Athera.
