Ishlir is a coastal city in Orvandir, Shand, on a small inlet of the Cildein Ocean. It is a walled city with a portion of its harbor sheltered within the walls. Methlas River runs from Methlas Lake to the ocean past this city, and a trade road runs through Ishlir from Durn to Elssine.

Third Age 5671: The gilded fittings for a new temple of the Light go missing in Ishlir, part of Arithon's plan to defang sunwheel recruitment efforts in the south.

Stormed Fortress

Third Age 5671: Selidie Prime is in Ishlir (enroute to Alestron) when the aftereffects of Arithon's encounter in the King's Glade echo up and down the Seventh Lane. During Sulfin Evend's muster on the south coast, the fleet weathers out a storm in Ishlir's harbor.
