Mayor Elect

Mayor Elect is the an official title in the government structure of townsfolk, often referred to as Mayor or Lord Mayor.

Role in the Story

• In Ships of Merior, Lysaer importunes the Mayor Elect of Korias who apparently works out of Erdane. His request is to restore the city of Avenor as his royal seat.
• The Mayor of Jaelot is never referred to by name in the story.
