Telmandir was once the ruling seat of the High Kings of Havish, and is located in Lithmere, Havish. Telmandir was originally a Paravian site, built close to a focus circle and in harmony with the lanes.
During the rebellion in Third Age 5018, it was the first city to be sacked and put to the torch. All of the Paravian tapestries from the Second Age were lost. Only the crown jewels and the king's youngest son could be saved, aided by Luhaine whose diverting actions left him at the mercy of the mob (he is now discorporate).
The destruction of Telmandir eventually led to the rise of the neighboring fishing village, Los Mar, as a worldly port.
